Toutefois, <strong>l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de la production ovarienne entra\u00eene des bouleversements profonds<\/strong>. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsan.care\/fr\/pathologie-et-traitement\/maladies-gynecologiques\/progesterone-definition-causes-traitement#:~:text=Cette%20hormone%20agit%20en%20effet,de%20tumeurs%20de%20l'ut%C3%A9rus.\">\u0153strog\u00e8nes et la progest\u00e9rone<\/a>, qui r\u00e9gulaient jusqu&rsquo;alors la r\u00e9partition des graisses, voient leurs taux chuter drastiquement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cons\u00e9quence, la graisse qui avait tendance \u00e0 se loger sur les hanches et les cuisses se d\u00e9place vers l&rsquo;abdomen. De plus, on observe une fonte naturelle de la masse musculaire (sarcop\u00e9nie). Or, le muscle est le moteur de notre m\u00e9tabolisme de base : moins on a de muscles, moins on br\u00fble de calories au repos. Si l&rsquo;on conserve exactement le m\u00eame r\u00e9gime alimentaire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 30 ans, la prise de poids devient alors in\u00e9vitable.
