Les<strong> lipides alimentaires<\/strong> sont donc essentiels pour notre sant\u00e9, mais il est important de bien les choisir. Les lipides font partie des<strong> 7 nutriments<\/strong> constituant notre alimentation au c\u00f4t\u00e9 des glucides, des prot\u00e9ines, des vitamines, de l&rsquo;eau, des min\u00e9raux ainsi que des oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Une grande partie des lipides alimentaires sont des<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cheef.fr\/triglycerides\"> triglyc\u00e9rides<\/a> <\/strong>c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des mol\u00e9cules qui comportent <strong>3 acides gras. <\/strong>Ce sont des acides gras permettant un <strong>bon \u00e9quilibre <\/strong>et donnant leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s aux <strong>graisses.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les acides gras sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s en fonction du nombre <strong>d\u2019atomes de carbone<\/strong> et de <strong>doubles liaisons<\/strong>. Ainsi, on distingue des membranes \u00e0<strong> cha\u00eene courte <\/strong>(moins de 18 carbones),<strong> longue<\/strong> (18 carbones) et<strong> tr\u00e8s longue<\/strong> (20 \u00e0 24 carbones).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nous avons dans un premier temps les<strong> acides gras satur\u00e9s,<\/strong> qui ont la caract\u00e9ristique de ne comporter aucune<strong> double liaison<\/strong>. Ces acides gras sont d&rsquo;origine principalement animale (beurre, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, lait, viandes et certaines huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales&#8230;). Ils contiennent des acides gras<strong> non essentiels<\/strong> et sont \u00e0 consommer avec mod\u00e9ration, car notre corps sait les synth\u00e9tiser.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il existe aussi des acides gras dit<strong> \u00ab\u00a0trans\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb issus de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels, qui sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9viter. On les trouve dans les \u00ab\u00a0huiles partiellement hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensuite, il y a\u00a0 les <strong>acides gras<\/strong> <strong>poly insatur\u00e9 (AGPI) <\/strong>comportant <strong>plusieurs doubles liaisons<\/strong>. Ces acides gras sont la cat\u00e9gorie des lipides<strong> \u00e0 favoriser<\/strong>, car ils contiennent des acides gras essentiels ou indispensables tels que les omega 3, 6 ou 9 que le corps ne sait pas synth\u00e9tiser lui-m\u00eame.<\/span><br \/><a id=\"r\u00f4le\" style=\"position: absolute; margin-top: -60px;\"><\/a><\/p><h2>A quoi servent les lipides ? Son r\u00f4le dans notre organisme ?<\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les lipides font partie des<strong> 3 macronutriments<\/strong> indispensables au corps \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cheef.fr\/conseils\/aliments-riches-en-glucides-qui-sont-ils\/\"><strong>glucides<\/strong><\/a> et des<strong> protides<\/strong>. Ils apportent donc une source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie importante \u00e0 notre corps et participent \u00e0 la couverture de nos besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autre r\u00f4le majeur pour <strong>les acides gras surtout insatur\u00e9s, <\/strong>c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ils sont constituants des <strong>membranes cellulaires<\/strong> et des<strong> cellules du syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/strong>, cela assure donc <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 de la peau.<\/strong><\/span><a id=\"r\u00e9gime\" style=\"position: absolute; margin-top: -60px;\"><\/a><\/p><h2>Lipides et r\u00e9gime : combien faut-il consommer d&rsquo;aliments riches en lipides par jour pour maigrir ?<\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Afin de maintenir son poids, le<strong> ratio de Macronutriment <\/strong>que vous devez int\u00e9grer doit \u00eatre de<strong> 35 \u00e0 40%<\/strong> de l&rsquo;apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique int\u00e9gr\u00e9 par jour. Cela repr\u00e9sente entre<strong>\u00a097 et 111 g pour un adulte <\/strong>dont l&rsquo;apport \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique moyen quotidien est de 2500 kcal.
