Son objectif est de consommer des aliments contenant des mati\u00e8res grasses (lipides) et de r\u00e9duire dans le m\u00eame cas la consommation de glucides afin de priver les cellules de sucre et d\u00e9clencher une <strong>c\u00e9tose. <\/strong><\/p><h3>C&rsquo;est quoi la c\u00e9tose ?<\/h3><p>C&rsquo;est un processus au cours duquel l&rsquo;organisme utilise les graisses comme<strong> source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie <\/strong>et met donc le sucre \u00e0 base de glucoses de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Le corps recherche alors un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de remplacement qui permettrait aux cellules de se nourrir, cela va entra\u00eener la production de <strong>corps c\u00e9toniques<\/strong>, appel\u00e9 la<strong> c\u00e9tose. <\/strong><\/p><p>Il faut donc avoir une<strong> alimentation adapt\u00e9e<\/strong> avec une consommation de glucides contr\u00f4l\u00e9e afin d&rsquo;atteindre l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de c\u00e9tose, et favoriser la <strong>perte de poids<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A la diff\u00e9rence des r\u00e9gimes classiques, le<strong> r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne<\/strong> ne provoque pas de frustrations et donc pas de craquages. aliments consomm\u00e9s, qu&rsquo;ils soient tol\u00e9r\u00e9s ou interdits, il faut v\u00e9rifier la <strong>teneur en glucides<\/strong>. Limitez la quantit\u00e9 de glucides \u00e0 <strong>5 \u00e0 10% des besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/strong>. L&rsquo;organisme va ainsi \u00eatre contraint de passer en <strong>c\u00e9tose <\/strong>et br\u00fbler les graisses plut\u00f4t que les glucides.<\/p><p>La probl\u00e9matique de<strong> l&rsquo;alimentation c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne<\/strong> est que les glucides ne proviennent pas que des f\u00e9culents (p\u00e2tes, pomme de terre&#8230;) mais aussi des l\u00e9gumes, des l\u00e9gumineuses, et de certains fruits. C&rsquo;est le cas du yaourt, du ma\u00efs et des cacahu\u00e8tes par exemple.<\/p><p>Compar\u00e9 aux r\u00e9gimes classiques,<strong> l&rsquo;alimentation c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne<\/strong> tend \u00e0 favoriser les<strong> lipides<\/strong>, donc les mati\u00e8res grasses. Son objectif est de miser sur de la <strong>\u00ab\u00a0bonne graisse\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> et de limiter le<strong> taux d&rsquo;insuline<\/strong> provoqu\u00e9 par la consommation de sucre. Privil\u00e9giez alors les <strong>sources vari\u00e9es d&rsquo;acide gras<\/strong> comme les<strong> om\u00e9ga 3 ou encore les om\u00e9ga 9,<\/strong> qui boostent la production de <strong>c\u00e9toniques<\/strong>.
